CNC machine operator and Metal fabricator / Welder

CNC MACHINE OPERATOR

Your main responsibilities:

• Setting up, adjusting, operating, and tending CNC machining tools for processing metal and other materials (milling, turning);

• Machining semi-finished and finished products in accordance with technical documentation;

• Performing in-process inspection to ensure product compliance with specifications;

• Proficient use of measuring instruments and gauges;

• Selecting and preparing cutting tools and clamping fixtures;

• Maintaining a clean and organized workstation.

Our expectations:

• Completed technical education (Level IV or V), preferably in mechanical or related fields;

• Familiarity with CNC programming software (e.g., Mastercam) is an advantage;

• Knowledge of machining technology and materials used in mechanical engineering;

• Experience in reading mechanical drawings and other technical documentation;

• Basic computer literacy;

• Basic knowledge of English;

• Willingness to acquire new knowledge and experience;

• Precision and attention to detail in work;

• Willingness to work in a two-shift system;

• Ability to collaborate, communicate openly, and work effectively in a team environment with a desire for growth.

METAL FABRICATOR / WELDER

Your main responsibilities:

• Assembling metal structures and welding according to technical drawings using welding tools, fixtures, and equipment.

• Performing various welding procedures (TIG, MIG-MAG, arc, flame, and laser welding) including fillet and butt welds.

• Carrying out demanding metalwork and assembly tasks, including upgrades to existing equipment.

• Reading and interpreting technical blueprints, drawings, welding plans, and technological instructions.

• Processing materials by grinding, cutting, bending, and polishing.

• Operating hand-held electric tools, angle and straight grinders, and pneumatic or electric cleaners.

• Assembling components and parts during installations, overhauls, and system upgrades.

• Requesting materials from the supervisor to ensure uninterrupted workflow in the workshop.

• Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the workplace and workshop environment.

Our expectations:

• Completed level IV education in a relevant technical field

• Valid welding certification from an authorized institution is desirable

• Persistence, self-initiative, and responsibility in work

• Experience in reading mechanical drawings and other technical documentation

• Basic computer literacy

• Basic knowledge of English

• Willingness to gain new knowledge and experience

• Precision and attention to detail in work

• Willingness to work in a two-shift system
